How long until I get an answer?
Usually within the reply window shown on the tier you picked, commonly 24 to 72 hours. The hard limit is 7 days.
If it is urgent
Say so in the question and pick a tier with a short window. Nudge is asynchronous by design, so it is the wrong tool for something that needs an answer within the hour.
