How do I know it is really the coach answering, and not AI?
A human coach writes or records every answer on Nudge. Nothing is generated, and nobody answers on a coach's behalf.
Why voice notes are the easiest proof
If you want to hear that it is them, pick a voice tier. It is their voice, recorded for your question.
Check how you arrived
Follow the link from the coach's own bio, story or DM rather than from a search result, and you know whose page you are on.
